#FACE was founded by Licensed AP Esthetician Matisse Lela Johnson with a mission to help clients feel confident, cared for, and restored.
Matisse founded her first business, Lela’s Virtue Lounge, in 2018 as a solo esthetician with a passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others feel confident. Through dedication, premium client care, and a growing community of loyal clients, that vision evolved into #FACE Facial Bar & Lounge.

In 2024, a dumpster fire caused significant damage to the spa and forced #FACE to temporarily close. What began as a devastating setback became a turning point. With faith, resilience, and community support, #FACE reopened with a refreshed look and an even deeper commitment to creating a luxury experience rooted in care, trust, and restoration.
