Booking Policy
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. However, clients are not required to use the card on file as their form of payment at the time of service.
By booking an appointment with #FACE you authorize #FACE to charge 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file if you cancel, reschedule, or fail to arrive for your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. Rescheduling an appointment within the 24-hour cancellation window will still result in the cancellation fee being applied to the original appointment time.
Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking or receiving future services at #FACE.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a no-show and charged according to the cancellation policy. For security purposes, all cards on file are stored securely.
For appointments booked on behalf of another person, group appointments, or multiple services booked under one account, the individual whose name and card are on file will be held financially responsible for all appointments associated with that booking, including any cancellation or no-show fees.
Clients and guests are welcome to use separate forms of payment at checkout for services received during their appointment. However, if a guest fails to arrive, cancels outside of the required notice period, or leaves without payment, the card on file attached to the booking account may still be charged accordingly.
By allowing another individual to receive services under your booking profile or card on file, you acknowledge and authorize the use of that payment method for any unpaid balances, cancellation fees, or no-show charges associated with the reservation. Any disputes regarding payment arrangements between clients, guests, friends, or family members are the responsibility of the individuals involved and not #FACE Facial Bar & Lounge.
We strongly recommend that clients booking appointments for others ensure all parties understand the appointment policies, payment expectations, and cancellation terms prior to arrival.
#FACE operates by appointment only. All clients must have a scheduled appointment to enter the spa.
Upon arrival, the door may be locked to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for our guests. Please knock or call/text (612) 730-7253 upon arrival for your scheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
At #FACE we are committed to providing high-quality services, professional treatments, and customized skincare recommendations. Due to the time, products, and labor involved in each service, all service sales are final and non-refundable once a service has been completed.
Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, allergies, sensitivities, homecare routines, medications, and overall health. While we strive to provide safe and effective treatments, #FACE cannot guarantee individual results or be held responsible for adverse reactions that may occur after leaving the spa, especially when contraindications or outside factors may be involved.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction based on personal aesthetic preference (including lash style, brow tint darkness, brow shape, etc.)
Skin purging, sensitivities, or reactions that cannot be directly linked to negligence by #FACE
Services where work was completed as agreed upon during the appointment
Delayed claims made days or weeks after a service was performed
Opened or used retail products
Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns during their appointment so adjustments can be made when possible. If a concern arises after a service, clients must contact the spa within 48 hours so management can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution if necessary.
Due to sanitation and safety standards, opened retail products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or spa credit at management discretion within 7 days of purchase.
#FACE reserves the right to refuse refunds when services were properly performed and no negligence, safety violation, or licensing violation occurred.
Spa Etiquette & Guest Policy
At #FACE, our goal is to provide a relaxing, safe, and elevated experience for every guest. From our complimentary refreshment bar to our treatment rooms, every aspect of the spa is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind:
APPOINTMENT-ONLY SPA
#FACE operates by appointment only. For the privacy and safety of our guests and staff, our front door remains locked during business hours. Only clients with scheduled appointments are permitted inside the spa.
NO CHILDREN POLICY
To preserve a peaceful environment and ensure the safety of all guests, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a scheduled service. We kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made prior to your appointment. Our facility is not designed for children, and we cannot accommodate children in treatment rooms, the reception area, or common spaces.
GUESTS & WAITING AREA
The reception area is reserved for clients receiving services. We ask that friends, family members, and other guests not remain in the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment. This helps us maintain a relaxing atmosphere and adequate seating for our clients.
CELL PHONE COURTESY
We ask that all cell phones be kept on silent or vibrate while in the spa. If you need to take a phone call, please use headphones and keep conversations at a respectful volume. Videos, music, and other media should not be played aloud in shared spaces.
RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Guests are expected to treat staff, clients, and the facility with respect. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or conduct that interferes with another guest's experience will not be tolerated.
SHOE POLICY
To help maintain cleanliness throughout the spa, all guests are asked to remove their shoes upon entering. Complimentary sanitized spa slides are available for your comfort during your visit.
FOOD & BEVERAGES To maintain a clean, sanitary, and relaxing environment for all guests, outside food and beverages are not permitted within the spa. #FACE is pleased to offer a complimentary refreshment bar featuring water, coffee, tea, and seasonal beverage selections for our guests to enjoy during their visit.
Guests may bring water in a closed container if preferred; however, outside meals, snacks, and beverages should be consumed prior to arrival. We reserve the right to ask guests to dispose of or remove outside food and beverages from the premises.
PETS & ANIMALS
To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not permitted inside the spa.
Trained service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws. Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, and pets are not permitted.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
#FACE reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave the premises if these policies are not followed or if behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff or other guests.
